the location is decent, but they shoudl've included basic cooking utensils—seriously, one pot? also, the shower is beautifull, but the floor is a death trap! imagine how delightful it would have been to have an upgrade since I was really looking forward to a luxurious stay, but alas, just barely acceptable! I just couldn’t give a good review.

Exceptional service from staff, who anticipated our needs and provided a wheelchair for my recovery at no extra cost. The apartment-style accommodations felt like home and were well-equipped for extended stays.

The staff at this place, they really stood out. I mean from the moment we got there the front desk was super friendly and they totally helped with everything we needed, suggested some local spots to check out that were really amazing for both me and my kid.

The location was perfect, steps from Taksim Square, and we loved our private terrace for relaxing evenings.
